Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and in its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened coffee packages
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items damaged by customer misuse
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at infocenter@marketgoods.world or call +44 7770 141025. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging when contacting us.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at infocenter@marketgoods.world with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We will send you a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging, if possible.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in the return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items or if we made an error with your order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, you can place a new order for the item you want. We will process your refund for the returned item separately.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check the following:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact us if more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your refund
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are damaged or defective.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
